RVs, boats, trailers, and recreational vehicles: Cannot be parked for storage in driveways, front yards, or public streets. May be stored in side or rear yards only if properly concealed from public view. These vehicles cannot be used as a residence or office.
Commercial vehicles: Trucks over 1.5 tons and any commercial vehicle with painted advertisement cannot park overnight on the property (except during construction by builders).
Temporary parking exception: These restrictions do not apply to vehicles temporarily parked while in use for construction, maintenance, or repair of a residence.
Additional restrictions: Vehicles transporting flammable or explosive cargo are prohibited at any time. Only passenger automobiles, vans, motorcycles, and pick-up trucks (with current licenses and in operating condition) may be parked in areas visible from streets.
